A complete terms of service will be published before this product is generally available. For now, the operative rule is simple: only scan property you own or have explicit permission to test. PatchVex fetches the URL you submit and analyzes the response; you are responsible for having the right to request that.

PatchVex blocks scans of private, internal, and cloud-metadata network addresses as a safety measure, but that protection exists for PatchVex's infrastructure - it is not a substitute for your own authorization to scan a given target.

This service is provided as-is, without warranty, while in active development.
